Group Sessions

A shared breathing experience in a safe and supportive environment. In my home in Offenbach Hafen, I host small and intimate breathwork circles with up to five participants. The tranquil atmosphere invites you to arrive fully present with yourself, supported by the collective energy of the group and guided with gentle care.

Woven throughout each session are mindful elements of chakra-based energy work. These subtle practices can help you release inner blockages and restore the natural flow of your life energy, always honoring your own rhythm and pace. .

Each group session includes:

  • Guided Breathwork journey (60-70 minutes) with music

  • Integration with intuitive painting, all materials provided

  • Optional sharing circle

Preparation Guidelines

To ensure the best possible experience:

  • Avoid eating for at least 1.5 hours before your session

  • Refrain from alcohol or other substances on the day of your session

  • Come fragrance-free out of consideration for others

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement

  • Bring warm socks for comfort

For your safety and well-being, it’s important to note that Conscious Breathwork is an intense experience that requires good physical and mental health. Participation is not recommended for individuals with:

Cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, infectious diseases, recent injuries or surgical wounds, psychosis or psychiatric diagnoses, glaucoma, pregnancy, chronic diseases, osteoporosis, cancer, anemia
