Preparation Guidelines
To ensure the best possible experience:
Avoid eating for at least 1.5 hours before your session
Refrain from alcohol or other substances on the day of your session
Come fragrance-free out of consideration for others
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement
Bring warm socks for comfort

For your safety and well-being, it’s important to note that Conscious Breathwork is an intense experience that requires good physical and mental health. Participation is not recommended for individuals with:
Cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, infectious diseases, recent injuries or surgical wounds, psychosis or psychiatric diagnoses, glaucoma, pregnancy, chronic diseases, osteoporosis, cancer, anemia
